DISTANCE SELLING CONTRACT

1. PARTIES

This Contract has been concluded between the following parties under the terms and conditions specified herein.

By accepting this contract, the BUYER preemptively accepts and acknowledges that if they approve the order subject to the contract, they will be under the obligation to pay the order amount and any specified additional fees such as shipping fees and taxes, and that they have been informed in this regard.

2. DEFINITIONS

In the application and interpretation of this contract, the terms written below shall bear the meanings attributed to them opposite:

MINISTER: The Minister of Trade,
MINISTRY: The Ministry of Trade,
LAW: Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers,
REGULATION: Regulation on Distance Contracts,
SERVICE: Any consumer transaction other than supplying goods, performed or undertaken to be performed in exchange for a fee or benefit,
SELLER: A real or legal person who offers goods to the consumer within the scope of their commercial or professional activities or acts on behalf or account of the goods supplier,
BUYER: A real or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,
WEBSITE: The website belonging to the SELLER,
ORDERING PARTY: A real or legal person who requests a good or service via the SELLER's website,
PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,
CONTRACT: This contract established between the SELLER and the BUYER,
GOOD: Movable property subject to shopping and intangible goods such as software, audio, video, and similar items prepared for use in electronic media.

3. SUBJECT

This Contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose qualifications and sales price are specified, ordered by the BUYER in electronic environment via the SELLER's website.The prices listed and announced on the website are sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a specified period remain valid until the end of the specified period.

7. INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT(S) SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

7.1. Basic Characteristics

The basic characteristics of the goods, product(s), or service; including its type, quantity, brand/model, color, and number,are published on the SELLER's website. If a campaign has been organized by the SELLER, the basic characteristics of the relevant product can be examined during the campaign period.

7.2. Prices

The prices listed and announced on the website are sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a specified period remain valid until the end of the specified period.

Invoice Delivery: The invoice shall be delivered to the invoice address along with the order during order delivery.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

9.1. Information and Acceptance

The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they have read and been informed about the preliminary information regarding the basic qualities, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product subject to the contract on the SELLER's website, and that they have given the necessary confirmation in electronic environment.

9.2. Delivery Period

Each product subject to the contract shall be delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information section on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence, provided that the legal period of 30 days is not exceeded.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In the event that the distance contract relates to the sale of goods, the BUYER may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract by refusing the goods without giving any justification and without paying any penalty, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to themselves or the person/organization at the address indicated, provided that they notify the SELLER.

11. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared in accordance with the BUYER's requests or explicitly personal needs, goods that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene and whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery, and other goods and services specified in the applicable legislation. 12. DEFAULT STATUS AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

In the event that the BUYER defaults when making payment transactions via credit card, they accept, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between them and the card-holding bank and will be liable to the bank.

13. AUTHORIZED AUTHORITIES

In consumer disputes arising from this contract, applications may be made to authorized consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts in accordance with the applicable legislation.

14. ENFORCEMENT

When the BUYER completes the payment for the order placed via the Website, they shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.
